Sarah Campbell is an interdisciplinary artist whose recent work mostly entails painting and fiber sculpture. Much of her work centers on themes of home, family, and the close examination of everyday objects. Sarah especially enjoys site-based and community driven projects, and she has collaborated on several public works in Lexington, including the Lyric Theater Commemorative Quilt, a children’s mural at the Family Care Center, and an Urban Wildlife series for the North Limestone Neighborhood. She is currently teaching and facilitating a wide array of art classes and creative community programs as the Art Education Coordinator at Living Arts and Science Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
