Fourth Friday

September 22nd | 5-8pm The Great Monarch Migration

Picture
With the help of local artist, advocate, and educator Sylvia Cerel-Suhl, MD, local elementary school students learned about the beauty and importance of monarch butterflies, and created their own origami monarchs, which will be displayed on the Loudoun House porch.

Students from Rise Academy will sing and dance, while Monet Proctor will lead relaxing yoga and sound bath sessions. And, best of all, you can experience the wonder of monarch caterpillars and learn more about their metamorphosis and why monarchs and other butterflies are so important to our ecology
