American Exceptionalism, Degenerate Counterculture, and the 100 Seconds Till Midnight |
Looking at the last 4 years, I realized the unthinkable. America could become a fascist dictatorship. What happened in Nazi Germany is happening right here and now. The failure of our country to vote has allowed a small wealthy minority to ‘wag the dog’ of the complacent majority. Our politicians are more likely to represent big donors than the people that voted them into office. The legislation they pass clearly keeps wages and benefits of the worker low and major for profit conglomerates unaccountable.
In many communities across America, a for profit judicial and prison system has devastated minority communities with unjust attacks, geared to suppress, and is inflamed in fear. Many in our community allow and even support injustice in our community because they are fine.
Ignorance, hypocrisy, and racism keep our community from thriving. Many work multiple jobs yet can never seem to really get by. How is the economy in Kentucky? How is the stock market? Where is the accountability? Who benefits? Burning out on social media, agenda, politics, etc. is common. Internet attacks increasingly become real attacks. Freedom of speech is under attack by hate speech.
Digital media for this show is backed by original music driven content that features dissent of local, regional, and national political agendas and concepts. It features music videos, short films, and other segments. This media was created to confront anxiety, fear, lies, hate, and anger since and before Trump. Media for this show was taken at The Bar Complex, Thoroughbred Park, Main Street, Limestone Ave, and media posted on the internet. Other media falls under Fair Use Copyright…
I didn't get rights. I didn't ask for permission.
This show is dissent. This show is how I learned to cope with the last 4 years. Hopefully the next 4 will be better. Climate change is real. #BlackLivesMatter

So many, many, many, many, many, many, more..... One step away from Kevin Bacon, Andy Warhol, Kurt Cobain... I worked in Visual Effects and post production on projects for Universal Studios, Lions Gate, Marvel, MTV, TV Guide Channel, FX, The Young Turks, Nintendo...
I am fortunate to live and work in this community. Lexington is beautiful. I love this area because it has an indescribable feeling of sanity and insanity, safety, reality, passion, and American exceptionalism. It is fancy, farmy, and smart at the same time. I currently make political videos that promote getting Kentucky Women elected to office. I also spend a lot of time working to retire Mitch McConnell. I am published and help make medical videos and science videos that educate the world.
I do my best and appreciate the success and privilege I find daily...
